Maintenance Service – Internal Audits
While implementing your management system, our Consultant will guide you in the new operations that you may not have previously been doing—e.g. internal audits. However, if you still feel you want that added security of knowing that a team of consultants is a phone call away, our ongoing maintenance service may be for you.
Our ongoing service, or maintenance as we call it, is a service whereby you are only a phone call away from professional advice and support. The Consultant you have been working with will then carry out all of your internal audits and chair your management review meeting. Your Consultant will be available to answer any queries you have, update you on the latest requirements and help extend your scope of activities should this be required.
Our maintenance programme is over 12 months, so you are not tied into any long-term contract if you decide it is not for you after the first year.
We are increasingly taking on the maintenance of management systems that have either been written in-house or by other consultants.
