COVID-19 Business Continuity

Based on the recent developments surrounding COVID-19, GQA felt it important that we provide you with visibility of our business continuity plans, and stance, on core business activities that we feel may be important to you.

Firstly, GQA would like to assure you that we have a full business continuity plan in place, meaning that we don’t expect you to see any impact on the service we are giving you.

All staff within GQA have laptops and can access all the information needed to do their job remotely, through cloud technology and utilising two-factor security. Therefore in the event that COVID-19 is confirmed at a GQA client office which your Consultant has visited, or we decide to mitigate risk to protect our staff, all GQA Consultants have the ability to work from home.

GQA will do our utmost to ensure our services are un-interrupted but we do take the health and safety of our clients and our staff very seriously and therefore, where we deem appropriate it may impact travel and face to face meetings. This will be managed on a case by case basis and if we feel a meeting needs to happen through video conferencing instead of face to face to protect you and our staff, we will be in touch.
