I just wanted to say a real big thanks for Chris’s continuing support and expertise which has enabled a successful audit and ISO9001 ‘award’ for the Fire Door factory at Hixon.

The audit was a great success and I take my hat off to Chris in facilitating this very odd/difficult project.  His advice and guidance is second to none, as is his professionalism and open approach.  He is without doubt a credit to your Company and I wouldn’t be able to manage our systems without him.

I am happy we will have him on-board for the coming year and the challenges we will face.  With Chris’s help I am confident we will overcome these and further achieve the remaining certifications we need and maintain them under Chris’s watchful eye!
